Initial research findings-online data

Below are maps showing the estimated benefit distribution and redemption for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as food stamps) for federal fiscal year 2010 (Oct. 2009-Sept. 2010). This data was estimated based on zip code level data from the US. Department of Agriculture and the Minnesota Department of Human Services using dasymetric mapping techniques.
